一個抗體-藥物共軛複合體，由單株抗體、連接子與小分子藥物三部分組成，其中連接子是抗體-藥物共軛複合體製備工藝與治療效果的重要關鍵因子。工研院具專利之醣胜肽連接子，能增加抗體-藥物共軛複合體在血液中穩定性，避免毒殺正常細胞；而另一具專利之高專一性連接子，在製造抗體-藥物共軛複合體時可達到專一性接合，大幅降低抗體-藥物共軛複合體製備工藝的複雜度，加速抗體-藥物共軛複合體產品之開發。 drug delivery to cancer cells while sparing healthy cells.
